Return and Refund Policy – Ovela

(In accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws)

1. Return Period (30 Days)

  • Customers have the right to return eligible products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
  • The return period begins on the day the customer physically receives the product.
  • To initiate a return, customers must contact us within this timeframe via email at ovelanatural@hotmail.com with their order number.

2. Health and Hygiene Exception

  • For health and safety reasons, sealed cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.
  • All Ovela products are sealed with a hygiene safety seal. If this seal is broken or the product has been opened, the item is not eligible for return.
  • This policy protects the health and safety of all our customers and complies with FDA guidelines for cosmetic products.

3. Ovela 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Ovela offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

  • Unopened & sealed products: Full refund of the purchase price when returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Opened products / broken seal: No returns accepted due to health and hygiene reasons (see Section 2).
  • Multiple items ordered: Only unopened, sealed items are eligible for return.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately at ovelanatural@hotmail.com
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • You will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
  • Defective or incorrect items can be returned even if opened

5. Return Procedure

To return an eligible product:

  1. Email us at ovelanatural@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging or equivalent protective material
  4. Ship the product to the address provided in our return authorization
  5. Keep your shipping receipt until the return is fully processed

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item sent).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken hygiene seals
  • Opened cosmetic or personal care products
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Products damaged due to misuse or customer negligence
