Shipping and Delivery Policy – Ovela

(In accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws)

1. Shipping Area

Ovela ships to addresses within the United States only. We currently do not process or ship orders to international addresses.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.
  • Shipping fees are added to the total order amount.
  • Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotional periods.

3. Processing and Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location.
  • Total Timeline: You can expect to receive your order within 6-15 business days from the date of purchase.
  • If your order is delayed or cannot be fulfilled (fully or partially), you will be notified within 7 business days of placing your order. In such cases, you have the right to cancel your order free of charge and receive a full refund.

4. Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other trusted carrier services selected by Ovela.
  • Products will be delivered to the shipping address you provide at checkout.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

5. Delivery and Risk Transfer

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided.
  • You (or someone you designate) must be available to receive the package.
  • If you notice visible shipping damage upon delivery, please:
    • Note the damage with the delivery carrier immediately
    • Take photos of the damaged package and product
    • Contact us at ovelanatural@hotmail.com within 48 hours

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If additional shipping costs are incurred due to an incorrect address, these costs will be the customer's responsibility.
  • If a package is returned to Ovela due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship the order upon request. Reshipping will require payment of new shipping fees.

7. Lost or Undelivered Orders

  • If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately at ovelanatural@hotmail.com with your order number.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
  • If the order cannot be located or delivery proves impossible, Ovela will issue a full refund including the purchase price and original shipping costs within 14 business days.

8. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
  • You can track your package using the tracking number provided with your chosen carrier's website.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.

9. Delivery Attempts

  • Carriers typically make 2-3 delivery attempts.
  • If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to our facility.
  • You will be contacted to arrange redelivery or discuss alternative options.
  • Redelivery may incur additional shipping charges.

10. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.
  • We ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
  • Please note that delivery times to military addresses may be longer than standard domestic shipping.
