- Customers may return eligible products within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
- The return period begins on the day the customer receives the product.
- Exception: Sealed cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, in accordance with health and hygiene safety standards and FDA guidelines.
6. Customer Obligations During Return Period
- Customers must handle products with care and keep them in resalable condition.
- Products may only be unpacked or tested to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
- Products must be returned in original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
7. How to Exercise Your Right of Return
- To initiate a return, contact us within the 30-day return period by sending a clear return request via email to ovelanatural@hotmail.com with your order number.
- Return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notifying us of your intent to return.

8. Return Costs
